At Strong Health Matters we offer our clients fully individualised programming. This is based on your own personal goals, most of our clients have specific reasons for wanting to join a gym. These range from increasing strength and movement, assistance with decreasing pain from a previous injury, fat loss & nutritional guidance.
We also offer a full range of Allied Health services, carried out by our Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Small Group Training
Training in small groups, maximum 12 per session. This means that you don’t pay up to $150 per hour for a Personal Trainer but still get your own individualised program and trainer attention.
We offer a range of Memberships options to suit your individual needs.
We can tailor your membership based on your individual goals, with guidance from our qualified coaches, on how best to achieve them.
28 days Introductory Offer
Our 28 day introductory offer is a great way to get you started on achieving your goals.
